The free video
Your first video is free. You can keep it and stop there.
I turn your expertise into one full video and one short clip to share. I include the title, cover image, captions and clear sections. You also get topic ideas for your practice and state.
Record with me on a 20-minute call. You use your phone, and I guide you. You can also send footage you own or can use.
I send a private preview within five business days of the recording. For footage you already own, I send it within two business days. That clock starts when I have usable footage and the agreed details. I confirm the due date before I start.
You get one round of changes from the same footage. You send one list of changes. If a new shoot is needed, I agree that with you first.
The free video doesn’t start a paid plan.
Your approval
You check the video, title and cover image. You check the law and the rules for your firm. I flag concerns and wait for your written OK.
I send you the free files. You choose whether and when to post them.
For paid posting, I still wait for your written OK.
If you want more
You get the full plan and price in writing first. It states what I make, when it’s due and how you pay. You agree to those terms before paid work starts.
Paid plans have no setup fee. They start with a 90-day term, then run month to month.
You can email me at any point to end the plan. During the first term, it ends when those 90 days are up. After that, it ends with the current paid month. I confirm the end date in writing.
Your files and channel
Your firm owns the work I make for you from day one. That stays true when the plan ends.
Your channel stays in your firm’s account. I don’t need access for the free preview.
If I manage paid posts, you add me through YouTube. The role is Editor (Limited). You keep your password and can remove my access.
Any stock files used keep their license terms. I tell you about those limits before use.
Your voice
The videos use your real voice and expertise. I don’t use AI scripts, voices or presenters.
I may use AI for captions and title ideas.
Sharing your work
Your price doesn’t depend on a review or referral. You don’t have to share your results.
I ask about case studies and other public use separately. Any use of your name, work or results needs your written OK.
File storage
You get a copy of your files at handoff. I keep working copies for 90 days after final delivery.
You can ask me to delete working files sooner. I’ll confirm what I can remove and when.
Results and contact
I don’t promise views, search placement or new clients. Your written plan says what I’ll track.
